How Aisla handles your information

Effective April 6, 2026. Aisla helps users preview wedding looks, venues, and music concepts using uploaded media and AI generation tools.

What we collect

We may collect account details such as your name, email address, and login provider, along with the photos, venue descriptions, music selections, and generation settings you submit inside the product.

How we use it

We use your information to authenticate your account, generate your requested outputs, process payments, provide customer support, improve product performance, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

Media and AI processing

When you upload images, audio, or related prompts, Aisla may send that content to third-party infrastructure and AI providers that help us create and store your outputs. We use those providers only to operate and improve the service.

Storage and retention

We keep account records, payment-related records, and generated media for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may delete beta or unauthorized accounts that do not meet access requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, AI generation, analytics, and payment processing, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. We may need to retain certain records for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
